The homeworld of the Dominators is referred to the Dominion. In ancient times, it was called Elia. In the 30th century, it is renowned as the center of bioengineering advancement. Machines, buildings, and other objects are organically grown. Part of the planet appears to be a barren wasteland and is stored in the Legion of Superheroes' Computo database as a fight simulation.
Imperiex managed to form an alliance with the Dominators and personally arrived on the Dominion.
