History
Centuries ago, around the time of the Roman Empire, Durla was populated with many races. Military escalation between them led to the "Six Minute War," in which nuclear weapons were utilized. The planet's environment was mutated and leaving only a few survivors. The planet Durla is currently home to a race of shape shifters. Travel to and from Durla is rare. However, the planet is of strategic importance to the United Planets. It is the central hub for space routes.
Durla's position became a target of Imperiex in his bid to rule the universe. He attempted to invade the planet with a Supermissile but the Legion of Superheroes prevented it.
