Mordru is a banished member of the Sorcerer's World on Zerox. He has been corrupted by dark powers and hence, was sentenced to have his magic taken away. However, he found a mystic amulet that gave his magic back.
Mordru later attempts to drain the magic of the wizards on the Council so he can rule the planet Zerox. He was defeated by Zyx and the Legion.

Trivia[]
In Child's Play, one of the Zeox Council members resembles pre-Crisis Mordru from the comics, having yellow skin, a green hat and a purple outfit. However, since the real Mordru appears and looks very different in Trials, even draining the magic of this council member, he has obviously just been an easter egg.
