Raal is an uninhabited planet populated with several beasts. It was recently used by Dr. Mar Londo to conduct bio engineering research in private. Londo also chose the planet for his research facility because it lay outside the jurisdiction of intergalactic law and the Science Police. It was on Rawl where he mutated his son into a wolf like creature.
